provide character to this sleeveless blouse with a generous sash at the hip. You can tie the sash in a bow or let it hang loose down your side. The back of the neck features a hook & eye closure- no zippers! Arm and neck holes are finished with bands of extra fabric or you can use pre-made bias tape in a contrasting color.
